This winery is located on the left bank of the Bordeaux wine region, in the commune of Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne, north of Saint-Estèphe. The wines produced here are of exceptional quality, even though they are labelled 'only' Cru Bourgeois (in recent vintages they have not been classified). In fact, the former owners opposed the classification of the château in 1855. Today, tasters often rank it at the 2ème Grand Cru Classé level.
A wine that combines a fruity, supple softness with a strong, much sharper base. All this finishes with a long, lingering sensation of dark chocolate.
