The quality of wines from this château has been steadily increasing since the mid-1990s. The wines, which are getting better, are aged in wooden barrels for 16 to 18 months, with one third of the barrels being replaced regularly.
This wine has a fantastic ruby red colour, with aromas of cherries and plums with a subtle hint of toast and gingerbread. With age, the aroma develops into more woody notes. The taste is delicate, delicate and pleasantly woody.
