The beautifully round, full-bodied and silky taste offers the innocent face of a poker player. As if the wine were saying: "Taste and see!". Palmer doesn't have a great yield this year, so production isn't great either, but what can you do when the wines are excellent? Definitely taste! Both Ch. Palmer 2011 vintage are really great.

Château Palmer
Gold and midnight blue are the two emblematic colors of the Palmer estate, representing its great vintage wines that are timelessly elegant and simultaneously modern. On one side stands the most noble tradition rooted in soil regarded by experts as the best of the best; on the other, an adventurous or even exploratory spirit supported by innovative methods, visibly symbolized by the somewhat unusual architecture of the château itself. This somewhat paradoxical trend is also evident in the vineyards, planted with a combination of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Château Palmer underwent extensive modernization, which included the installation of stainless steel fermentation tanks with temperature control. All vineyards underwent comprehensive geological surveys to investigate the deeper layers of the subsoil, allowing for scientifically precise analysis of an empirically observed phenomenon that people have yet to fully understand. From a scientific perspective, this soil is considered excellent, explaining why it produces such amazing wines. However, scientific precision never disrupts the unique charm and pleasure that connoisseurs will continue to experience when tasting wines from Château Palmer.
