These wines are in a 15 L bottle, called a Nabuchodonosor. It is equivalent to 20 standard bottles. The Nabuchodonosor size is ideal for various larger celebrations. Nabuchodonosor II was the most significant Neo-Babylonian king and had high walls built around Babylon and the Hanging Gardens of Semiramis.
This is a prestigious type of bottle designed for wines with a longer aging potential. The glass of the bottle is thicker. A longer cork is also used, which is intended for wines for longer storage. In some cases, the closures are also sealed with wax.
