Château Haut Nouchet
Château Haut Nouchet, which is in the hands of French owners—the Briest family—produces quality red and white wines in the Pessac-Léognan appellation. Their goal and constant effort is to produce great wines. In 2009, the excellent oenologist Stephane Derenoncourt took over the supervision of the winery.
The average age of the grapevines is 30 years. The vineyard area is 20 hectares. The vineyard grows varieties for red wine: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and for white wine: Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
